My mom was on hand for much of last week, offering support and entertainment for us and for the baby.
My brother, Jeremy, also spent time with us and enjoyed getting to know his nephew a bit prior to leaving the hospital.
This photo was taken last Friday when Ana, Manning and I prepped to head from the hospital in Mount Pleasant to James Island. Can you tell how excited we are?
Ana's parents came to visit over the weekend. Above is the happy grandfather and his new grandson.
Manning is settling in nicely at home. He has changed so much since he was born, and it seems like he is a little more developed each time he opens his eyes. As most of you are aware, this is truly amazing to witness, and it is difficult to express the joy that we feel each minute we spend with him.
Sleeping is a full-time job for the little one.
Mom and baby continue to do better by the day!
